Do I need a credit card to sign up?

What happens after my trial ends?
You'll need to upgrade to a Pro plan to continue using Notedis. Your feedback data is never deleted, and you can reactivate anytime.
Can I use Notedis on multiple sites?
Yes! The free trial includes 1 site. Pro plan includes unlimited sites.
Installation
What websites does Notedis work with?
Notedis works with any website that has HTML. This includes:
- Static HTML sites
- WordPress
- Shopify
- React, Vue, Next.js apps
- Webflow, Wix, Squarespace
- Custom web applications
- And more!
If your website has a <body> tag where you can add code, Notedis will work.
Do I need to know how to code?
No coding knowledge required! Installation is simple copy-paste. Just add our widget code to your site before the closing </body> tag.
For platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Wix, we provide step-by-step guides for their built-in code injection features.
Will the widget slow down my site?
No. The widget loads asynchronously with the defer attribute, so it won't block your page load. It has no impact on PageSpeed scores or Core Web Vitals.
Can I customize the widget appearance?
Yes! You can customize:
- Button position (4 corners)
- Button color (any hex color)
- Button text
- And more via CSS

Client Feedback
Do clients need to create an account?
No! Clients can submit feedback without creating an account. They simply click the feedback button on your site and submit. No login required.
How do clients submit feedback?
- Click the feedback button on your site
- Take a screenshot (automatic) or upload an image
- Annotate the screenshot (optional)
- Select category and priority
- Write feedback message
- Submit
It's that simple!
Can clients upload files?
Yes! Clients can upload image files in addition to screenshots.
What file types are supported?
Images only: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP
Maximum file size: 25MB per image

Can I annotate screenshots?
Yes! Both you and your clients can:
- Draw on screenshots
- Add highlights
- Add text annotations
- Use different colors
Do I get notified when feedback is submitted?
Yes! You'll receive email notifications for:
- New feedback submissions
- Feedback replies (if enabled)
- Status changes
Configure notifications in your account settings.
Can I reply to feedback?
Yes! You can add internal notes and comments to any feedback. We're working on client-facing replies (coming soon).
Can I close or archive feedback?
Yes! Mark feedback as closed when completed. Closed feedback can be reopened anytime.
Can I organize feedback by project?
Yes! Use Workspaces to organize multiple sites and projects. Each workspace can have its own team members with different permissions.
Team Collaboration
Can I invite team members?
Yes! Invite unlimited team members on the Pro plan. Assign roles:
- Owner - Full access, billing
- Manager - Manage feedback, sites, team
- Team Member - View and manage feedback
- Guest - View specific sites only
How much does it cost to add team members?
Team members are included in your Pro subscription. No additional cost per user.
Can clients be team members?
Yes! Invite clients as Guests with view-only access to specific sites. Perfect for client collaboration without giving full access.

All modern browsers are supported. Screenshot capture works best in Chrome and Firefox.
Does Notedis work with single-page applications (SPAs)?
Yes! Notedis works great with React, Vue, Angular, and other SPAs. The widget persists across route changes.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We take security seriously:
- All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Data encrypted at rest
- Regular security audits
- GDPR compliant
- SOC 2 Type II certified (in progress)
Where is data stored?
Data is stored on secure servers in the United States. We use industry-leading cloud providers with 99.99% uptime SLAs.
Can I export my feedback data?
Yes! Export feedback as CSV from your dashboard. API access for custom integrations is planned for future releases.
Do you have an API?
An API is planned for future releases. This will allow you to:
- List feedback programmatically
- Create feedback via API
- Update feedback status
- Integrate with other tools
For now, you can use the email reply feature to interact with feedback programmatically.
Troubleshooting
Widget doesn't appear on my site
Common solutions:
- Verify site key is correct
- Check code is before
</body>tag - Clear browser cache (Ctrl+F5)
- Disable ad blockers temporarily
- Check browser console for errors

Screenshot capture isn't working
Try these solutions:
- Use Chrome or Firefox (best compatibility)
- Check for CORS issues with images
- Use file upload as alternative

Feedback not submitting
Check:

- No JavaScript errors in console
